Catchy songs, great production, cool album covers. The Free Design’s lyrics can seem silly but check out the verse to “Bubbles”. Something else is going on there. Originally signed by Enoch Light, The Free Design has had some long-past-due praise given to them recently. Check out Light in the Attic’s The Now Sound Redesigned which features their songs “reinterpreted” by some super-cool artists including DJ Dangermouse, Kid Koala, and Caribou.
